1.  Sr. Creative Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Designer with a well-rounded knowledge of popular culture, technology and internet trends. You're a well-organized self-starter with high energy and even higher standards, passionate about interactive design and willing to put in the extra effort to get it right. Experience with Flash, dynamic website design and production, and a sense of humor are all mandatory.
You should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (Actionscript 2.0), and HTML/CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript. Your work should demonstrate strong visual design, interface design, animation skills and non-linear thinking. After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Maya/3d Max skills a plus. Experience with ASP, PHP and other programming languages appreciated.

Design Requirements

  • Four year Design degree or equivalent
  • Outstanding conceptual and visual design skills

  • Experience with integrated campaign development, and the ability to concept and implement across a wide range of media, including internet
  • Understanding of Information Architecture and basic principles of usability
  • Must demonstrate a thinking process, and be passionate about typography, No "stylists"

Technical Requirements                                       

  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite and website development programs
  • Expert-level knowledge of website development process and HTML, Flash experience a plus

 

2.  Web designers

We're looking for a Web designer with drive and the passion to create stunning, user centered web designs

Web Design experience
You should have hand coded web pages using HTML and CSS. Basic knowledge of PHP can be an added advantage. Must have 2+ years of experience in field of web designing and action scripting experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator), Experience with rich UI web application development .

3.  Tech lead

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Team Lead to contribute to the creation of websites with cutting edge web applications for our client base of international businesses. Candidate must be able to bridge the gap between Client & development team by translating technical solution. Candidate should have the ability to manage the team with respect to assigning the task to the team members, explaining the required, executing the project and ensuring timely deliveries.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience of managing a team of 4-6 people.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, client interacting skills, project management exposure.
  • Coordinate and execute plans to ensure that technical solution meet the needs of business.
    Responsible for Primary Point of contact with Client for Technical Solutions
  • Self motivated and directed.
  • Web Development Applications handling preferred

Technical requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in dynamic website development using PHP, MySQL ,HTML/ XHTML/ XML, DHTML, JavaScript, SQL, ODBC
  • Experience in leading all stages of Software development efforts such as requirements, design, architecture, testing &support
  • Experience in Architecture Design, Database Design, frameworks and documentation. Should be well versed with OS Linux / UNIX.Experience with Drupal framework is an advantage

4.  Software engineer

We are looking for a PHP developer in Linux environment using Apache web server & MySQL as the database and having good knowledge of javascript. Candidate will be responsible for the web application maintenance and development. Experience in Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress and Oscommerce will be an add-on.
